The café is open with limited hours and service. The focus is to provide dining options to the Constitution Center while observing safe and precautionary measures. Available items and menu will be posted at the café entrance. Only electronic forms of payment will be accepted (credit, debit, mobile pay). Cash will not be accepted. Hours of Operations and Menus have been modified as follows: Breakfast 8am – 11am - selection of sandwiches, omelets and pre-packaged items; Lunch 11:30am – 2pm – Monday - Thursday and 11:30am – 1pm – Friday selection of Grill & Deli options (pre-packaged) and Daily Specials.
